Baggage Claim Procedure

Please check out Scoot's Conditions of Carriage for general exclusions on baggage claims before your submission.

If you have done the checks and would like to submit the claim, please ensure that your claims reach us by the stipulated time frames upon your completion of journey with Scoot:

  • Damaged baggage: 7 days upon completion of your journey with Scoot
  • Delayed baggage: 21 days after your bag is found
  • Lost baggage: 21 days after the 14-day tracing period

Supporting documents are required for us to assess your claim submission.
To help us process your claim in a timely manner, we strongly recommend that you upload the relevant documents through this online submission.

  • Copy of Property Irregularity Report
  • Clear photo of damaged baggage (where applicable)
  • Any relevant supporting document
